A previous resident of Montreal, Canada, I moved to Boca Raton with my family in 1998. My business career began in the sales and marketing department of an international housewares company in Montreal where I worked for over 2 decades. The experience has helped me understand the important role marketing plays in getting a property sold. I use that experience along with my knowledge of numerous languages to sell real estate to the international market.
Being a leader in the real estate market, I use the latest advertising and marketing techniques in order to bring buyers & sellers together. My clients normally get an average of 97% of List Price versus the average agent of the board who gets 94% of List Price.
